Montgomery Sharp Shooters

Montgomery County Newspaper Clippings, Volume I 1886-1905 --

Roll of Honor.  The following is a list of the surviving members of the Montgomery Sharp Shooters.  Although Montgomery County contributed her full quota of as gallant solders as served in the armies of the confederacy, yet this was the only complete organization to her credit.  The writer has given the names of all who belonged to the company at any time and who now survive.  Among the many to whome he is indebted for this list Mrs. J. A. Browning stands distinguished.  If any one is omitted he will please to speak.
